DRAWN TO INDIA, Artist Study Tour of Rajasthan           Dates: November 3 - 16 2010

Dear friends,

There a currently only 3 places left on this remarkable journey to India.

I feel very privileged to offer this tour with Kamlesh Vyas, our Indian tour guide who has an intimate knowledge of the arts, crafts and cultural diversity of Rajasthan famed for it vibrant colour, fairytale palaces and ancient traditions and, with my own extensive travelling experience throughout India, encompassing daily sketchbook painting and drawing and a passion for teaching the artmaking process, I feel we are perfectly matched to offer this tour to you.

Places are limited to 10 persons and priority will be given on a first come basis.  Should you be interested please contact me asap. You are welcome to remain in contact re: availability of places.

Kym Barrett 2-day Mixed Media Workshop

10 BAVA members enjoyed a 2-day Mixed Media Workshop with Gympie Contemporary Artist, Kym Barrett this weekend!

A fun time was had by all ... lots to learn, new ideas and techniques with the theme of a portrait and landscape using integrated collage, textures and capturing the 'essence' of each theme.

Hot, humid temperatures did nothing to dampen the enthusiasm of the eager students!Back: LtoR
